Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Doodles Dynamo website and any services you engage us for. By browsing our site, submitting a contact form, or engaging us for project work, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree with any part of them, please don't use our site or services.

Services Description

Doodles Dynamo is a marketing and design studio. Depending on what we agree to for your project, our services may include:

• Branding — logo, identity systems, and a visual language built around you
• Social media — content calendars, community management, and posts people stop for
• Web design — fast, clean sites built to turn visitors into leads
• Ad campaigns — paid strategy and creative built to convert
• Content creation — photo, video, and copy that carries your voice across platforms
• Strategy — positioning, messaging, and a roadmap that ties everything together

The exact scope, deliverables, and timeline for any project are agreed with you separately before work begins, and that agreement takes priority over the general descriptions above.

Project Engagement & Payment

Before starting any paid project, we'll agree on scope, deliverables, and timeline with you in writing (for example, via a proposal, quote, or statement of work). General terms that apply unless we've agreed otherwise in writing:

• Scope. Work is limited to what's outlined in the agreed proposal or statement of work. Additional requests outside that scope may require a separate quote or timeline adjustment.

Intellectual Property

Once a project is paid for in full, all final deliverables — files, source assets, and designs created specifically for you — are yours to use however you like, with full rights and no licensing restrictions. Until a project is paid in full, all work remains the property of Doodles Dynamo. We may retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you've asked us not to.

Limitation of Liability

We do our best to deliver great work, but Doodles Dynamo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the project giving rise to the claim.

Termination

Either party may end an engagement by giving written notice, as outlined in the project agreement. If a project is terminated before completion, you'll be responsible for payment of any work completed up to that point. We reserve the right to pause or end work on a project if payment terms are not met.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in how we operate or for legal reasons. If we make significant changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use our site or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law
